Italy DHL Express (Within 2 Business days) - €6.99
EU & UK DHL Express (2-3 Business days) - €9.99
US & Canada - €25.00

For customers outside of the EU, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties and taxes upon receipt of package.
RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchases, however to start a return, you can contact us at info@kallistemilan.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In order to receive a full refund or exchange, we require that the package has been received by us within 30 days from the date you received your parcel.
Our policy also states that sale items cannot be refunded or returned however they are eligible for store credit.
Please be advised we require the following standards on returning items:
- Not worn or damaged.
- Has no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it.
- Returned within 30 days from receipt.
- In the same condition you received it.
- With Tags.
- In it's original packaging.
Please Note: If an item is returned outside of the returns period, is believed to show signs of damage or wear or does not fulfill the above requirements, the item unfortunately will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
At the moment we are unable to cover the cost of postage for returns.
